Last updated: 7 October 2026
Safe learning environment
TechAlpha aims to provide respectful, age-appropriate learning spaces. Harassment, exploitation, sexual content directed at minors, bullying and abusive conduct are not permitted.
Communication
Learning communication should use approved Academy channels and remain relevant to learning, support, scheduling or safeguarding. Parents or guardians remain part of the Young Developers account relationship.
Live classes
Students should use appropriate names and backgrounds and follow teacher moderation. Recording or sharing another learner’s image, voice or personal information outside approved purposes is prohibited.
Reporting concerns
A learner or parent can use the support/ticket channel to report a concern. Urgent safety concerns should also be raised promptly with a responsible parent/guardian and appropriate local services where necessary.
Access and privacy
Staff access to student information should be limited to legitimate operational, teaching, support and safeguarding needs.
