TechAlpha Global Concept provides software development services including web development, SaaS development, custom software, portal development, eCommerce platforms, API development, UI/UX design, and maintenance services. Specific terms for each engagement are defined in individual project agreements.
3. Quote Requests
Submitting a quote request through our website does not constitute a binding agreement. A quote request is an expression of interest. A formal project agreement is required before any work commences. We will review your requirements and respond within 24 hours of receiving your submission.
4. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, and code — is the property of TechAlpha Global Concept and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Software developed for clients is governed by the terms of the individual project agreement.
5. Confidentiality
Information shared with TechAlpha through quote requests and project discussions is treated as confidential. We do not share client project details, requirements, or business information with third parties without explicit consent.
6. Limitation of Liability
TechAlpha Global Concept shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.
